  • How do I issue storage instructions?

    To issue storage instructions for your shipments, please use the following link to 
    log into our system and fill in the required details: http://www.tramarsa.com.pe/direccionamientos/Login.aspx
    Once the storage instructions are marked as PROCESSED, your shipment has been directed successfully. Please bear in mind that pre-determined waiting periods apply for registering storage instructions in accordance with the law.
  • How do I use the demurrage calculator?

    To calculate demurrage, please use the following link: http://www.tramarsa.com.pe/tramarsanet/ 
    Click on “Demurrage Calculator” and type in the container number and the approximate return date.
  • Where can I process the arrival dates/unloading period/port operator?

    For information about your shipment’s arrival dates, port operator, unloading period, customs transfer data, etc., please use the following link:  http://www.tramarsa.com.pe/tramarsanet/
    Click on “Ship Itineraries” and select the appropriate dates to search for the information you require.
  • Where is the complaints section?

    In order to check the handling of your correspondence regarding reinvoicing, overcharging, etc., please click on the following link: http://www.tramarsa.com.pe/reclamos/Formularios/Login.aspx 
    and select the appropriate dates to search for the information you require.
    Once your processing number has been marked as FINALIZED, you can visit the Cash Desk from Monday to Thursday between 14:00 and 16:00.
